In short
Legal notice: Betting is illegal in Nepal. The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology says it is banned under the National Criminal Code 2017 and the Advertisement Regulation Act, and it ordered betting apps and websites to be blocked in March 2026. This page does not encourage anyone to gamble. It explains what EVO33’s own terms say about getting money out, for readers who already hold a balance. It is not legal advice. In short: Online betting is illegal in Nepal, and the government ordered betting apps and websites to be blocked in March 2026. If you already hold an EVO33 balance, its terms say a withdrawal is paid only after your full deposit has been played through, in the currency you deposited, to an account in your own name. Bonus balances carry extra rules.
| The law | Play-through | Own name |
|---|---|---|
| Betting is illegal in Nepal. | EVO33 holds funds until your deposit is bet in full. | The payout account must match your registered name. |
Is online betting legal in Nepal?
No. Nepal’s Ministry of Communication and Information Technology states that “Betting is illegal in Nepal under the Civil Criminal (Code) 2017 and the Advertisement Regulation Act” (reported by Rising Nepal, 31 March 2026). The same report lists the penalties as confiscation of assets, up to one year in prison and a fine of up to Rs 10,000. Nepali law firms cite Section 125 of the National (Muluki) Criminal Code 2074 as the provision that prohibits betting.
On 29 March 2026, the Ministry directed the Nepal Telecommunications Authority to block betting apps and websites within 24 hours. By 15 April 2026, the Authority reported that more than 10,000 betting-related apps and websites had been blocked (Khabarhub).
What this means for you:
- EVO33’s own terms require players to be 18 or over and legally entitled to play where they are (clause 2.1). Nepali law does not give citizens that entitlement at any age.
- If you still hold a balance, the rules below are what EVO33’s terms say about getting it out. Nothing here makes using the service lawful.
- If you are worried about the legal position, speak to a lawyer in Nepal.
What do EVO33’s terms say about withdrawals?

These rules come from EVO33’s Terms and Conditions, read on 26 September 2026. The page shows no “last updated” date, and EVO33 can change it without notice (clause 3.1).
- Your deposit must be played through. “We will not release your funds under any circumstances if the full value of your deposit is not played through in full” (clause 10.2).
- Not every bet counts toward that. Only settled bets count (clause 11.3). Non-live table games and non-slot games “will not count towards turnover requirement unless specifically stated” (clause 11.2).
- Same currency. Withdrawals “may only be made in the same currency in which deposits were made” (clause 10.3). For accounts in Nepal, that is NPR.
- Same name. The deposit account “must be the same as the name of the registered account” (clause 10.4). EVO33 may also refuse to settle “in the event of discrepancies between your bank account details and registered full name” (clause 9.1).
- A minimum applies. EVO33 can reject amounts “below the minimum amount specified in their respective transactional pages” (clause 9.3). It publishes no figure.
- A charge is possible. EVO33 “reserves the right to make a charge to your account to cover all reasonable costs relating to both the deposit and withdrawal” (clause 10.5). It publishes no amount.
- ID can be requested. EVO33 may ask for “evidence of identification and age … (e.g. valid picture identification)” (clause 6.5).
How does an EVO33 withdrawal request work?
EVO33 does not publish withdrawal instructions. Its tutorial, user guide and FAQ pages had no withdrawal content when we checked on 26 September 2026. What follows is described from EVO33’s registration form and homepage notices, plus an undated capture of a logged-in EVO33 Withdraw page shared publicly on Scribd.
- The payout account is the one set when the account was opened. EVO33’s registration form asks for a Bank and a Bank Account, and notes: “Deposit and Withdraw must be same account holder name or the deposit and withdraw will be rejected.”
- Withdraw sits in the member area. The menu reads Deposit · Withdraw · Transfer · Withdraw Transaction. If you cannot sign in, our login guide covers account recovery.
- The page shows your balances. It shows a Main Wallet balance, a Turnover counter tracking the required betting, and a Total Wallet Balance that can be higher than the Main Wallet. EVO33’s promotion terms refer to meeting turnover “in order to transfer to withdraw”, so money outside the Main Wallet appears to need moving there with Transfer first.
- The bank details are pre-filled. The Bank Account and Account Name come from registration. A notice on EVO33’s homepage says: “Please fill in the correct bank information to withdraw money. EVO33 will not [sic] responsible for any losses caused by incorrect bank information.”
- The request is tracked. On the same page, a Withdrawal Limit (For today) box shows the limits, and the request then appears under Withdraw Transaction. Keep the transaction reference.
Is there an EVO33 withdrawal limit?
Yes, and EVO33’s own sources don’t agree on it.
| Source (checked 26 September 2026) | What it shows |
|---|---|
| EVO33 VIP page (evobet33.com/vip) | “WITHDRAW COUNT”: 3 for Classic and Bronze, rising to 7 for Master and Royal. “WITHDRAW LIMIT”: 300,000 for Classic, “UNLIMITED” for the other nine tiers. The period is not stated. |
| Capture of a logged-in Withdraw page (Scribd, undated) | “Withdrawal Limit (For today)”: “Max amount per withdrawal: 50,000.00”, “No. of withdrawals: 3 / 3”, “Total amount of withdrawal: 150,000.00 / 150,000.00” |
The VIP table shows NPR 300,000 for Classic, while the captured account showed NPR 150,000 for the day. That account’s tier is not shown. The limit box on the account’s own Withdraw page is the figure that applies. EVO33’s official site, evobet33.com, publishes no minimum and no processing time. Its homepage promises “high speed … withdrawal transactions” but gives no figure.
Why can bonus money be hard to withdraw?

Bonus balances come with a turnover requirement and, on several offers, a “Max Withdraw” cap. The table quotes EVO33’s promotions page as read on 26 September 2026. These are EVO33’s statements, not our verification.
| Promotion (as named by EVO33) | Turnover before withdrawal (EVO33 states) | Withdrawal cap (EVO33 states) |
|---|---|---|
| Download Apps free credit | “Winover x30” (its example: “100 NPR x30 = 3,000 NPR”) | “Max Withdraw (5% MAX 1,000 NPR Balance Will Forfeit When Withdraw)” |
| New Registration free credit | “Winover x10” | “Max Withdraw (5%) NPR 1,000” |
| Subscribe Telegram & WhatsApp free credit | “Winover x30” (its example: “100 NPR x30 = 3,000 NPR”) | Same “Max Withdraw” note |
| Daily Free Credit | “Winover x30” (its example: “100 NPR x30 = 3,000 NPR”) | Same “Max Withdraw” note |
| Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reward | “turnover x3 times prior request for withdrawal” | Not stated |
| Birthday, Tier Upgrade, Referral, Weekly Deposit | “turnover x 15 times prior request for withdrawal” | Not stated |
| Weekly and Monthly Losing | “turnover x 1 times prior request for withdrawal” | Not stated |
Four things on that page make bonus money harder to get out:
- The caps are unclear. EVO33 does not say what the 5% is a percentage of. “Balance Will Forfeit When Withdraw” suggests anything above the cap is lost when you withdraw.
- The page contradicts itself. The “Download Apps” card is titled 300 NPR, but its table and example use 100 NPR. Every card’s header shows “2025/01/01 – 2026/12/31”, while the promotion-period text on the cards says the offers ended on 31 December 2025.
- Early withdrawal can cost the balance. EVO33’s terms list withdrawing “before fulfilling the requirements” of a promotion among the reasons it may forfeit balances (clause 15.1).
- Bonuses expire. Many cards say bonuses are “valid for thirty (30) days upon issuance unless stated otherwise.”
For how turnover requirements multiply the real cost, see our bonus guide.
What if a withdrawal is pending or blocked?
A pending withdrawal is usually a check in progress, and EVO33 can ask for picture ID (clause 6.5). Our deposits and withdrawals guide explains the usual checks. When contacting support, have four things ready: the account ID, the transaction reference, the date and time, and a screenshot. Our help page shows how to write a request that gets resolved.
EVO33’s contact page lists LiveChat, WhatsApp +977 9709978233 and Telegram +977 9708857767 (checked 26 September 2026). Where possible, contact support from inside the logged-in account, so you know you are talking to EVO33.
Is there an EVO33 withdrawal code or hack?
No public EVO33 page mentions a withdrawal code, withdrawal password or PIN (checked 26 September 2026). The Withdraw page in the capture shows no code field. EVO33’s homepage asks new members to “reset your own password after create new account”. The account password is the security that matters, so never share it.
There is no hack that releases a payout. Anyone offering to “release” a withdrawal for a fee, or asking for a password or one-time code, is running a scam. Modified apps that claim to unlock withdrawals are a way to steal accounts. Our help page lists the warning signs.
Where can I get help?
- If gambling is causing stress or harm, Nepal’s National Suicide Prevention Helpline 1166 offers counselling around the clock, free from Nepal Telecom lines (WHO Nepal, 2022). It is run from the Mental Hospital in Lalitpur, with counsellors trained by TPO Nepal. We found no gambling-specific helpline in Nepal.
- To stop playing, ask EVO33 support to close or self-exclude the account, and keep the reply.
- For limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion, see our responsible gambling page.
FAQ
Is it legal to use EVO33 in Nepal? No. Nepal’s Ministry of Communication and Information Technology states that betting is illegal under the National Criminal Code 2017 and the Advertisement Regulation Act. Since 29 March 2026, it has directed that betting apps and websites be blocked. This page explains EVO33’s terms; it does not make using them lawful.
How long does an EVO33 withdrawal take? EVO33’s official site, evobet33.com, publishes no processing time. Figures on other sites using the EVO33 name are not from the official domain. Timing depends on the checks a request goes through and on the receiving bank or wallet. If a request stays pending, contact support with the transaction reference.
Can EVO33 pay out to eSewa or Khalti? Both appear in the “Bank” list on EVO33’s registration form (checked 26 September 2026). EVO33 states that the payout account must be in the same name as the EVO33 account.
Can I withdraw bonus money? Only after its turnover requirement is met, and on several offers, only up to the “Max Withdraw” cap. Withdrawing earlier is a stated reason EVO33 may forfeit balances (clause 15.1).
Help is free. If gambling is affecting you or someone close to you, call 1166 or see our responsible gambling page.
