Using this website means accepting the terms on this page. It does not open a gambling account, create a betting relationship, or form any contract with EVO33 – only EVO33 can do that, under its own terms, which are a separate document entirely.

What this site is, and is not

An independent guide to EVO33 for players in Nepal, run as an affiliate publisher. Not EVO33, not owned by EVO33, and not the operator of any gambling service.

You cannot place a bet here. You cannot open an account here. No money can be deposited or withdrawn here. All of that happens on the operator’s own platform under the operator’s own rules. More about who runs this: about EVO33APK.

Who may use it

The gambling-related content here is for adults. You may use it if you are 18 years of age or over, and you have reached the age at which gambling is legal in the country you are accessing from. Those two conditions deliberately mirror clause 2.1 of EVO33’s own terms, so no gap opens between the two documents.

Laws on online gambling differ enormously between countries. Nothing here tells you whether it is legal where you live, and nothing here is legal advice. The operator’s terms state the service is not intended for use where such use would be illegal and put that responsibility on the user, and the same applies here. Knowing the law that applies to you is your responsibility.

How much to rely on what you read

Complaints, and where they actually belong

Two very different things get confused constantly, and sending one to the wrong place costs you time you may not have.

• About this website – something inaccurate, out of date or unfair on one of these pages. That is ours. Write to evo33npoffcial@gmail.com and it gets checked against the original source and corrected in the open.
• About your EVO33 account – a withdrawal, a bonus, a verification check, a closed account, a disputed bet. None of that is ours and none of it can be resolved here. It goes to EVO33’s own support, and our help page explains what to have ready before you contact them.

Links that take you elsewhere

This site links outward – to EVO33, to support organisations, to sources we cite so you can check them. Those sites are not under our control, their content and their handling of your data are not our responsibility, and a link is not an endorsement of everything at the other end of it.

Some outbound links earn a commission and some never will. Which is which is set out in full in the affiliate disclosure, and the short version is that support and help links are never monetised.

Using our content, and using the site

The text, layout and original graphics here belong to us. Quote them or link to them with attribution; please do not republish pages wholesale or pass the content off as your own.

“EVO33” and its logos belong to the operator, and appear here to identify the platform being written about. Nothing on this site implies partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or joint venture beyond the affiliate relationship that is disclosed.

Beyond that the rules are short. Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other readers, do not interfere with it or its security, and do not use anything here to promote gambling to under-18s or to somebody who has told you they are trying to stop.

Liability, and changes to these terms

Everything here is provided as-is, for information. We do not accept liability for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of it, gambling losses very much included. The decision to gamble, and the money you risk, are yours alone. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may be updated. Changes take effect when published here, the review date below moves with them, and continuing to use the site afterwards means accepting the updated version.
