EVO33 Help, Safety & Contact
What to prepare before contacting support, how to escalate a complaint, and how to recognise the fake support accounts that target players in Nepal.

In short
Contact support only through the route inside your own logged-in account. Before you do, gather your account identifier, the transaction reference, the date and time, and a screenshot. A first message containing those four things is usually resolved in one exchange instead of four.
18+ only. Gambling involves financial risk — never stake more than you can afford to lose. See our responsible gambling page. Affiliate disclosure: this is an independent information site, not the operator. We cannot access your account or act on your behalf.
What this page covers
Everything below is written for players in Nepal
What should I have ready before contacting support?
Most support delays are not caused by slow agents. They are caused by the first message not containing enough to act on, so the exchange becomes a series of questions before anything happens.
- Your account identifier — the username, registered email or phone number. Never your password.
- The transaction reference for anything involving money. This is the single most useful item, because it lets an agent find the exact record instead of searching — our payments guide explains where to find it.
- The date and time the problem occurred, and your time zone.
- A screenshot of the error, the pending status or the confirmation.
- What you have already tried — which prevents the reply that asks you to repeat it.
- The outcome you want, stated plainly: the withdrawal released, the bonus credited, the account unlocked.
For withdrawal tickets, first check the rules EVO33 applies before paying out.
How do I write a ticket that actually gets resolved?
Four things make the difference.
- One issue per ticket. Two problems in one message reliably produces an answer to one of them.
- Describe the sequence, not the feeling. “I requested a withdrawal on 18 August at 14:20, reference ABC123, and it still shows pending” gives an agent everything. “My money is stuck and nobody is helping” does not.
- Attach the evidence in the first message, rather than waiting to be asked.
- Keep one thread. Opening a second ticket about the same problem usually resets your position in the queue rather than adding urgency.
If the reply is a generic template that does not address what you asked, say so directly and restate the specific question. That is a normal and reasonable thing to do.
Some problems are faster to solve without a ticket at all: account access is covered in our login guide, and locked bonus funds in the bonus guide.
How do I spot a fake support account?
Searching publicly for help is exactly what exposes people. Impersonators monitor comment sections, groups and hashtags for anyone describing a payment problem, because a frustrated player waiting on money is the easiest person to convince.
| Marker | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| They contacted you first | Genuine support responds to tickets you opened. It does not appear in your messages unprompted. |
| You found them in a comment section or group | Anyone can create an account using the brand’s name and logo. Neither proves anything. |
| They move you to a private chat immediately | Standard fraud practice — it removes the conversation from anywhere others might warn you. |
| There is time pressure | “Your account will be closed”, “the offer expires in ten minutes”. Urgency is manufactured to stop you checking. |
| The writing is close but not right | Slightly wrong brand name, unusual spelling, a domain with an extra word in it. |
| They ask you to install something | Screen-sharing or remote-access software hands over your device, wallet and banking app at once. |
Three requests that are always fraudulent
- A payment to release your own money. Called a release fee, clearance charge, tax or unlock payment. There is no legitimate version of this.
- Your password. No employee of any legitimate company needs it, and none will ever ask.
- A one-time code. If you read out an OTP, it is being used against your account while you speak. This is the fastest way an account is lost.
If any of the three appears, the conversation is over. Stop replying, block the account, and if you shared anything, change your password immediately and check your payment app for transactions you did not make.
What if I am not happy with the answer?
Ask for the complaint to be escalated, in writing, in the same thread. Keep your ticket reference and the full history.
If the operator’s own process is exhausted without resolution, the next step is the licensing authority — the body named in the operator’s terms and conditions, which also publishes its own complaints procedure. Check the licence details in the operator’s terms and verify them against that regulator’s public register before relying on them. We deliberately do not name a regulator here, because directing a complaint to the wrong authority wastes the one route that has real leverage.
What if the problem is not about the account?
Support can also act on the things that matter more than a stuck transaction. Deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are account functions, and support can apply them — usually immediately, and usually irreversibly for the period you choose.
That irreversibility is the point. If gambling has stopped being entertainment and is affecting your money, sleep, work or relationships, the most useful thing on this page is not the ticket advice. Our responsible gambling page lists the options and where to find support.
Frequently asked questions
How do I contact support?
Use only the contact route inside your logged-in account. That is the one channel that is certainly genuine. Support accounts you find through search results, comment sections or messaging groups cannot be verified and are a common route for impersonation.
How long will a reply take?
We cannot state a time — response targets vary and we have not verified any. What reliably shortens it is a first message containing your account identifier, the transaction reference, the timestamp and a screenshot, so an agent can act without asking follow-up questions.
Support asked for my password — is that normal?
No, and it is the clearest sign you are not talking to support. No legitimate company asks for a password or a one-time code. End the conversation, change your password on the real site, and report the account you were speaking to.
What if I am not happy with the answer?
Ask for escalation in writing and keep your ticket reference. If the operator’s own complaints process does not resolve it, take it to the licensing authority named in the operator’s terms — verify that licence on the regulator’s public register first.
Can support help me stop gambling?
Yes. Deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are account functions that support can apply, usually straight away and usually irreversibly for the period chosen. You can ask for any of them without explaining yourself. See our responsible gambling page.
This is an independent information site. We do not host any download, cannot access your account, and never ask for a password or a one-time code.
